"I opened a Life insurance Policy for my Granddaughter with Markeshia Whitten. She was very helpful and very clear with helping me understand. The agents there are very amazing but having a person like Mark to deal with makes the entire matter not worth it. He is a VERY hard person to work with. He doesn't work with or try to compromise with his Agents. It's his way or the Highway, He doesn't have empathy with his agents if they have something going on with their kids. I refuse to deal with a company lead by someone like him. And he wonders why he's lost and in the near future will lose GREAT agents. I will be taking my business else where and Agents I wish you nothing but the best."

"My insurance jumped up to $337.00 From $208.00 for $25,000 in coverage no accidents no dui 2012 Audi. I called to cancel and some ignorant disrespectful woman name Sam or Nancy tried hard to get me to argue with her over the phone she was Big MAD insurance $158.00 for $100,000 of coverage"

"Leaving this agency because of very unprofessional staff ( expect for the new young lady that joined this staff). Not willing to make sure the customer is covered at all points when it counts. Not knowledgeable of insurance questions. Don’t mail out insurance cards or important notices etc. and if you have an authorized driver, you better make sure they are on the policy after this agency states they are already on it, because when you have to make a claim, they get amnesia."
